Hello! My name is Sarrah-- yes, spelled with two R's-- and I am currently a college student majoring in Studio Art at Colorado Mesa University, intending to graduate with a BFA degree focused in painting. I grew up in a small town in western Colorado with my four younger siblings who I always had lots of fun adventures with!

I love the color purple, strawberries, and skydiving. Science fiction and fantasy are my favorite genres in books, movies, and TV shows; the 2004 movie I, Robot being my favorite. I love all things creative! Writing, drawing, painting, sculpting, photography, and videography. I also am very interested in pyschology, sociology, and astronomy, as well as Christian apologetics.

 

Stories have always been a huge part of my life, ever since I was a child. Sometimes I think I spend more of my time thinking about stories than I do about real life! I grew up listening to audio stories on the radio every Saturday morning, hearing books read as a family before bed, and watching a lot of movies and tv, all three of which told well-crafted, impactful and beneficial tales, true or not. My ultimate goal is to tell stories that, whether through writing or painting, reflect the greatest true story ever known, the story of God and the love he has for His creation.
